These are 2 of the main reasons that makes the VT Transporter one of the safest on the market. The first is a docking station that locks the wheelchair in. However if I am involved in a headon there is no guarantee that the wheelchair will not go backwards. The Power Back Rest locks the chair in from the back and prevents the wheelchair from going backwards.
